January Weekly Goals
Writing
1/1 writing prompt answered
What to write had me stumped until about Wednesday. I saw a PBS science show about evolution, which reminded me of an old worldbuilding activity I did. I created a world with background, but never got motivated to use it for a story. Late Wednesday night, I found an appropriate prompt and handwrote the first scene to the old story idea. Currently, I have the start of a second scene bouncing around my head.
Exercise
60/60 minutes of "10 Minute Solution"
The short exercises were actually fun. I often found myself doing two-10 minutes in a row.
Slow connection + youtube vid= perfect 10 minutes to workout
Healthy Eating
4/1- or less of a sweet, weekly Too much X-mas junk leftover.
14/14 or less- sodas, weekly
For next week change to 0/3 or less of sweets, weekly. Hopefully I won't eat that much, but it now seems like a more practical starting point.
